-Platinum Members get to shop an hour earlier than the public for our new releases, if you find yourself missing out on your favorite color or your perfect fit then having a membership will allow you to go in and secure your items prior to everything selling out. Due to a high volume of public customers, the Platinum Membership has been a popular upgrade.

Can I cancel my Platinum Membership?

I received the wrong item in the mail, can I send it back?

-During COVID-19 we are not accepting returns, however, you can let us know and we will offer store credit for your order.
